The versatility of the Gordon Gate Drivers version 3.2.0.0 allows it to be used in a wide array of applications:

Previous versions would sometimes drop the CAN bus connection during a firmware update. Version 3.2.0.0 implements a “shadow mode” where the driver caches the last-known-safe state. If communication is lost, the gate completes its current cycle before retrying, preventing half-open barriers.
