Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, and uninstall iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Support, and Apple Application Support.
Right-click p0sixspwn.exe and select "Run as Administrator."
In 2021, if you install iTunes from Apple’s website directly (12.10.x or later), p0sixspwn will fail instantly. If you install iTunes from the Microsoft Store, it fails even harder because those files are containerized and invisible to third-party tools.
