Once penalties from the Cold begin to affect you, Warmth alone cannot remove them. Only heat sources such as campfires, hot food, forges, or moving to a warmer interior will immediately reduce your Cold Value and reverse the penalties. This means Warmth is a preventative statistic, not a cure.
