Launch GTA VCS in PPSSPP. Look at the title bar of the window (on PC) or the pause menu to find your Game ID (e.g., ULUS-10160 for US, ULES-00502 for Europe).

This is where the game gets wild. The mod menu allows you to enable "Hover Cars and Bikes," making vehicles float and fly. You can also manipulate gravity distortion, spawn any vehicle (including the Rhino tank), and stop mission timers.

Unlike standard cheats, mod menus offer dynamic control over the game engine. World Manipulation:

Lock your wanted level at zero or instantly trigger a 6-star military pursuit.

Use the D-Pad (Up/Down) to scroll through categories. Selection: Press X or Cross to toggle an option on or off.
