To protect game data, Konami encrypted the save files for Master League (ML) and Become a Legend (BAL) in PES 2015. A standard text or hex editor is unable to read these .bin files directly. Therefore, to modify your BAL player or game state, you must first use a tool to decrypt the save file, edit it, and then encrypt it again for the game to recognize it.
