The PSP’s successor, the PS Vita, can remote play PS3/PS4 games. However, a called RDR-Link allows modded PSPs (via Wi-Fi) to stream Red Dead Redemption from a PC to the PSP. This is as close as you get to an "updated ISO" – it is a launcher that tricks the PSP into thinking it is running native code.

This is the most common culprit. GUN Showdown (released on PSP in 2006) is an excellent open-world Western game.
