Like any noir detective worth his salt, Wadd’s primary investigative tool is his charm. He seduces every woman he meets, hoping to glean the diamond’s true location, bedding friend and foe alike with equal aplomb. The search leads him through South Africa’s seedy underground, encountering, among others, a gorgeous Moroccan belly dancer who engages him in what has been described as “one of the most erotic trysts in the annals of adult cinema”. After untying a Gordian knot of deception, Wadd secures the real diamond in the most unconventional of hiding places — inside the body of a treacherous secretary — before heading home to celebrate with his beautiful blonde girlfriend (Seka).

The security chief for the diamond firm, Miss Vickey Caruthers ( Jesie St. James ), and an executive named Roger Simon ( Jon Martin ), task Wadd with keeping the asset safe.
